万豪礼赏计划推出白金会员套房升级礼遇(但仅限亚太地区)

我以前就说过,现在万豪发力于亚太市场,其实说白了就是中国市场,在同行喜达屋,希尔顿都给最高会员套房升级的时候,万豪还磨磨唧唧的一点动静没有,为此万豪今日宣布新的白金卡礼遇

When Marriott Rewards Platinum Elite members check into their rooms at participating Marriott International hotels in Asia-Pacific they may now receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite*.
Participating brands include JW Marriott, Renaissance Hotels, Marriott Hotels & Resorts and Courtyard by Marriott hotels in Asia Pacific.
“Our Marriott Rewards members are extremely loyal, therefore we would like toreward them for their loyalty with benefits and greater added-value whenever possible,” said Craig S. Smith, Marriott International’s chief operating officer, Asia.
“Asian markets are popular destinations, especially among Platinum Elite members, who are our most frequent business travellers. We believe this complimentary suite upgrade benefit will be popular with our loyal customers. We are always looking for ways to reward our members.  Last year, we began offeringcomplimentary high-speed Internet access to all Marriott Rewards members when they stay at one of our hotels in Asia.”
Smith added, “We believe this will be particularly popular with our members in China, which is the fastest growing market in the world for Marriott Rewards membership.”

万豪一向对会员的礼遇很小气,但为了在亚太特别是中国市场抢到饭碗,专门给亚太市场制定了个政策。说真的,抛开积分不说,这全世界的万豪张的都一样,套房也张的都一样,你住的习惯吗?

    I agreed with you that all the marriott hotels are the same. I talked to friends that Courtyard is the most boring hotel chain in the world.
